Whether you’ve been to one of our weekend experiences at our main campus, one of our life group sessions, or maybe you’re just trying to decide whether it would be worth your time to visit, we want you to have an idea of what we’re about.
Our mission is very simple. We want to Know God, Grow Together, and Show Love.
Here, you’ll find an overview of what that mission looks like in practice and in our culture at Authentic Church. Take a few minutes to acquaint yourself with our vision, and feel free to contact Ricky Fay our Executive Pastor, with any specific questions you may have.
We call our church Authentic Church because we simply are trying to model the biblical pattern of authentic Christ-centered living. It is what forms our mantra -Live for real.
Concierge Service
A staff member will meet you at our concierge desk at the front entrance to answer any questions you may have and to acquaint you with the logistics of the campus. There, you will also receive a welcome packet. Should you come with children, an Authentic Kids staff member will direct you to the registration desk. The staff member will register your children and guide you to their age-appropriate classroom.
Refreshments
Every Sunday morning you’ll be welcomed by the smell of fresh coffee, tea, juices, donuts, bagels and pastries. Feel free to indulge before we begin our worship and Authentic Kids experiences.
Attire
At Authentic Church, you’re welcome to wear anything from jeans and your favorite tee to your Sunday best. Don’t spend more time worrying about what you’re going to wear than you spend getting here…you’ll always feel welcome.
Worship Style
Expect for Authentic Church to present an infusion of modern contemporary worship songs, black gospel, unplugged acoustic sets, and Latino-laced music in our worship sets. You’ll see Biblical forms of worship like lifted hands, clapping, and singing along with our worship choruses. Feel free to join in or simply absorb our worship culture.
Speaking Style
Each week, Pastor Wayne brings an eclectic and engaging message delivered in a style that both inspires and provides practical application steps. Audiences will be impacted by the energetic and passionate ministry of our lead pastor; a ministry that is both biblically sound and culturally relevant.
How Long Will It Last?
Our Sunday gatherings typically last between an hour and an hour and twenty minutes. We believe in being good stewards of your time. You can’t manage time, but you can manage values, and we value rest and close connections with friends and family.
Our Logo
Inspired by the periodic Table of Elements, our logo is symbolic of the basic DNA of Authentic Church. Here's the idea: Jesus kept things simple - we want to keep things simple. We endeavor to create our own "Table" of core elements that are biblically centered, simple, and creative. In addition to identifying each specific ministry of Authentic Church, each ministry’s logo will contain a Scripture unique to its particular focus. For example, our flagship logo is inspired by Philippians 1:21, "For to me, living is Christ..."
The Authentic Kids logo incorporates the words of Jesus in Matthew 19:14, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children." Our Authentic Life Group logo is inspired by the early church in Acts 2:42, as we seek to live authentic Christianity in community with one another. Real. Simple. Biblical. Foundational. It's the core of who we are.

Know God
How do you feel around people you know? Engaged, at ease, confident. How do you feel around people you don’t know? Awkward, uncomfortable, suspicious. Interestingly enough, many people feel this way about God. They don’t know anything about him. They don’t know his name. They don’t his motives. Consequently, there is a disconnect that prevents individuals from truly knowing him. Our goal at Authentic Church is to break the ice by a simple introduction.
Grow Together
At Authentic Church, we do life together. Working in tight formation toward a common trajectory is a process that creates a sense of purpose and community. We provide an environment for individuals of every demographic—families, single adults, students, professionals, creatives—to thrive spiritually, grow socially, and experience life together.
Show Love
Everything we do at Authentic Church—from our weekend experiences, our life group sessions, to our community events is motivated by love. We’re here to serve. Jesus said that the only way for the world to know we are His is by our love for one another. The core of authentic Christianity is love. Christianity without love is fake.
